it might be for the best anyways
if frank warren stopped wasting time we maybe could have a brittish world heavywieght champion. yes domestic fights are fine but there not getting any 1 closer to a world title because williams sproot skelton and now harrison are too inconsistant

I support British boxing, but there's no one right now even nearly good enough. And don't go mentioning David Haye (he's utter ****) in reply.

harrison has got the raw talent but lacks heart and confidence
williams has got the skills and power to conetend with every1 in the division but lacks confidence.
skelton has got a punchers chance
sprott is the weak link out the 4
and for david haye he will be heavywieght champion

That post is a delusional embarassment. I'm sorry but none of those are among the thirty best heavyweights in the world (and none have the potential), let alone the ten or five best.

No I don't expect everyone to agree with everything I say. But I do expect for people to look beyond the national flag when assessing a boxer. And you are not doing that. I don't accept it when Yanks do it, so I'm going to treat you the same way. David Haye makes Edison Miranda look like Pernell Whitaker; he's terrible. And you would probably feel the same way if you didn't have a hard on over the possibility of a Bristish world champ. Why do you care what country the good fighters come from anyway? Support the guys there are: Klitschkos, Peter, Brewster, Chagaev, Povetkin, Dimitrenko, Ibragimov, Maskaev, Rahman, Toney, etc.

                Really?

I havent really seen too much of him, when i did see him i thought he was skillled, he has Carl Thompson beat until Carl pretended to be hurt (as usual lol) and came back with a stoppage once Haye wasted engergy trying to finish him off.

                lol.

In my humble opinion, yes. But I'm not alone. The guy's a physical specimen (just look at him!) but he doesn't look to me like he has even basic boxing skills. I just hate to see people overexcited about a guy for a reason like his nationality, when the conclusion of it all is inevitable.

If he beats Mormeck I would have to say he's good enough to be a top cruiserweight, yes. It's just fighting bigger guys that's going to be impossible for him because as a smallish HW he would have to fight a different fight; coming up you have to be a better boxer.
