Yeah a 154lb champ who has been KO'dat welterweight and had no big punch there either. Taylor is good and very talented but is heart is not in the game he should've walked through spinks all nightand KO'd him. He fights like that against Calzaghe hell get even more embarrassed than lacy did. He can't be called p4p#1 after that!

Anybody that has Hearns as P4P anything should be questioned.

Rafa has better credentials than Sad Intentions to be p4p #1, he moved up in weight, 4 of his last 5 fights are NOT controversial, and so on.

Your ignorance of lower weight classes and general lack of understanding of boxing and inability to apply logic do not change facts.

I mean.... Taylor should be in the top 5.... and Kessler should be on the top 10 list as well.... he deserves a spot(something like 7-8)

regardless of who you think won the wright fight, again the focus is on taylor. winky wright, the defensive expert with very little power, backed up taylor onto the ropes and taylor couldnt do anything when winky pressured him. ouma and wright are both blown up jr middleweights with little power and they easily pressured the much larger taylor into going on defense.

the spinks fight was just the latest example of how mediocre jermain taylor is. the money and status as champ has gone to his head. he'll lose to pavlik... assuming he has the balls to fight pavlik... which i doubt he does.
Exactly what I was thinking. The Marquez and Joppy examples were giggle worthy. Edouard is like 5'6 and has had a draw with a clubfighter in Pierre. I don't blame Taylor it is his management hiding his flaws. Furthermore Hopkins fought not to lose their fights, not win them.

Cory Spinks would beat Peter Manfredo
