This should be a good brawl, who you think will win this fight???

My pick will be Pavlik by late TKO.

Since a relatively uknown Russian about blasted Lacy out in Florida. It's been shown that Lacy lacks skill and has a suspect chin. (Not to mention Joe Blow beating him).

Lacy is used goods now. I don't know if he will ever get his confidence back after what Calzaghe did to him. Anyone remember Medrick Taylor? Some fights end you even if you survive the fight.

Pavlick would probably KO him without much trouble.

Lacy by KO would be my pick. Lacy was in big trouble against the elusive Calzaghe, he just couldn't land a punch, Pavlik is there to be hit and I think that Lacy hits harder and is a bigger stronger man.

Lacy was badly beaten by a better boxer not brawler. Could Pavlik beat him? Maybe, that's if he boxes Lacy. Outbrawling Lacy is a another story. I don't think there are too many active fighters today that would out brawl Lacy. He does his best work when a fighter stays in front of him & not to mention Pavlik would have to move up to Lacy's weight class to fight him which would be an advantage for Lacy.

It seems that Lacy is a changed fighter after that Calzaghe experience. He was fighting well in the first few rounds of that comeback bout, but then he just started to fall apart as Tsypko started to fight back.

Lacy is different than Miranda though. I really don't know if you could call it clearly one way or another for either of these guys at the moment.

At what weight?

In my mind, I would have to give the advantage to the fighter who would obviously be more comfortable fighting in their respective weight class (Pavlik at middleweight and Lacy at light heavy).

Yet, in the end, disregarding weight, I say Pavlik would win it via a late round-TKO over a healthy Lacy.

Why? Because I like how Kelly uses his tall frame (6'2), which would be a significant factor against a 5'9 Lacy, especially since we all know Pavlik likes to throw them jabs and right crosses.

Pavlik vs. Lacy

This would be another good fight.

Pavlik doesn't have Calzaghe's hand speed but he punches much harder. Hard to predict because of the differences in styles, but I think Pavlik would defeat Lacy by a later round KO or TKO.
