to be honest, I was shocked it wasn't a draw. I thought last year's Memphis fight deserved a clear cut winner (Winky), whereas, asyou said, nobody deserved to win tonight.
Cory was robbed Big time!!!!!!!!!!

You're just hating on Mayweather and Mayweather fans, I understand what you're saying and I think you're full of ****, that's all!Do you not understand what I am saying all? Seriously, you arnt even reading what I write. Im not saying Spinks won at all, I actualy think Taylor "won" if you can call any result of a fight like that a win.
The fact remains that had the fighter throwing the punches been Floyd Mayweather, he would have easily garnered the decision.
Im guessing you would have said, "Mayweather shut down Taylors offense with his jab" "You need to learn to score a fight, Mayweather out-boxed Taylor." "Taylor didnt throw punches because Floyd was too fast."
Undoubtedly Floyd hits harder than Spinks. He is better than Spinks. And had Mayweather actualy fought Taylor at 160, it probably would have been a total blowout for Mayweather.
All I am saying is that if Mayweather, punch for punch, fought the exact same fight as Spinks did against Taylor, he would have gotten the decision.
Either way, it was an horrible horrible fight.Comment

How did I hate on Mayweather? I love Mayweather. I love his style, I love slick boxers. All I am saying is that Spinks reputation as a stinker ruined any possiblity of him winning a decision in this fight.
I honestly question your capacity to read and interpret english.Comment

There was no robbery. LOL Let's get serious. Taylor won clearly. Spinks would never set in long enough to land anything significant, he was too busy worrying about where Taylor's punches were coming from. He fought a boring, defensive, single counter-punch fight, and gave himself virtually no chance to win other than an insane decision.Comment

I thought Spinks won the fight. He outboxed Taylor, controlled the tempo of the fight, and did a decent job counter punching. I was amazed with how well spinks took Taylors best shots.Comment

I can really do without seeing a size mismatch fight for awhile. We all know what we're going to see, and just knowing who the undersized is, we know whether it will be boring or not a lot of the time. If you got a smaller guy who gets by on out pointing a majority of his opposition and he's far from his natural weight, it's a good chance it will be a disaster when it comes to entertainment value.
If these guys who move up can't survive multiple exchanges from bigger fighters, you know, this just might be an indicator that you're fighting well above your means (stay close to your weight class!), and it will look silly if you claim superiority, but don't intend to stay put and clear the divisions you hop and skip up to.Comment
