    controversial?

Everytime there is an article that mentions this fight, they always describe the decision as controversial. So, what if the tables were turned? would the decision still be viewed as a controversial one?

the way miranda would have won the fight would have demeaned his victory, dirty tactics and all.

      Nope, cause Miranda won.

i felt Abraham did nothing to win the fight, he turtled and threw some worthless flurries here and there and was forced to finish, its honorable to finish the fight with a broken jaw, but on the other hand i firmly think that it was a weak finish overall. He may have performed well early, but did next to nothing in the middle/late rounds

Probably in some people's mind, but if Miranda would have won it wouldn't have been so controversial because he would have won on hostile grounds not in his home country. I know Abraham is Armenian, but he fights in Germany mostly.

It doesnt even matter now because look whos getting all the attention in the division, and getting the bigger money fights. Miranda is going to be on HBO for the third time since, and if he wins will probably headline a PPV with Taylor.

He really was the winner in the long run.

Yeah he was. Abraham keeps fighting in Germany against decent fighters, but not the best and Miranda gets airtime on HBO and gets to fight quality fighters and could even be an HBO superstar.
