If he fights Ikin next, i would go as far as to say that his reputation is finshed in parts of america and here on NSB, i remember i used to read this board alot, Ricky Hatton was loved on here, everyone thought mayweather was afraid to fight him,

But when Hatton started to fight less than worthy opponents that was the end of him on here, he hasnt been taken seriously since lol.

If reckon if JC fights Ikin, NSB will see some serious activity.

I personally hope he fights Taylor.

I want him to fight either Kessler or Taylor, with B-Hop in january, but Palle is clearly a wanker if he doesn't like riding in the backseat, he needs to realise that Kessler is a backseat fighter, he's done nothing to warrant more attention than Taylor, and pulling out of a meeting isn't any way to go about building a fighter's name either.

I wouldn't say his career is finished before it even started in America, I mean he's only been famous in the US for just over a year, but on that same note, if he was American himself he'd have it alot easier.

I'll be disappointed. I'll be equally unhappy with Kessler cos he'll have likely refused the fight in the end (after Taylor there is no doubt they'll go for Kessler) despite saying that he wanted it no matter what and will probably take an inferior opponent to even Inkin. I'll be annoyed with Taylor too.

Cant say that his career is over though, cos what if in his next three fights he knocks out Taylor, Kessler and Hopkins. Can only reflect on his career when he is finished it.

lets say you are doing business, you have 3 options, then in negotiations you able to use this to your leverage.. when taking a loan in the bank, you approach one, and get your terms, approach the next and so on and on..

then you could say to one, i was offered this by them, so if you dont do better, in going to take my business elsewhere..

therefore if palle was taking negotiations, then warren would use taylor as his weapon, and palle wasnt going for it.. if taylor vs calzaghe doesnt come off, then where the **** is joe gonna go.. which fight is going to get him so legacy then.. then warren will only have a possible kessler matchup, cause warren is running out options, and this is kind a like chess, who is in control and who has the upper hand

furthermore the relationship with palle and warren must be EXTREMELY bad, cause in a newspaper palle stated, that he also called of negotiations because this would cause warren, to have a bad starting point when starting negotiations with dibella

Exactly. Palle is an idiotic amateur. If he really thinks that this move will bring a Calzaghe fight one step closer he's more of an idiot than I gave him credit for. Quite, quite the opposite as anyone with any experience in anything other than being a keyboard warrior will know.

People say (rightly) that Warren has harmed Calzaghe's career. If I was a Kessler fan I'd be downright terrified what damage Palle will, and is, doing.

Onto Calzaghe, if he fights Inkin next then he's an idiot. He'd be better off waiting for the Hopkins fight for January.

Mundine is fighting Pablo Zamora Nievas 6/27. And already said he doesn't want to fight Kessler.

not exactly true. kessler was demanding an 80/20 purse split in australia which is bloody ridiculous.

i think palle is just sayin they want to negotiate with mundine to **** with warren. mundine has his june fight sorted and another fight in new zealand in august so he's all booked up for a while.
