I think possibly 4/5 are debatable, i could probably make cases for all of them tho.

So gonna tell us your top 30 fighters of the last 10 years then?

Sure thing pal. I really have already invested too much time pissing about here today and do actually have quite a lot work to do, you'll have to excuse me for not posting it with much haste.

I normally wouldnt explain such a thing, but something tells me that you would kind of expect me to get straight to it right away.

However I will say, you can legitimately make a claim for all of them to be ahead of Hatton. But I could just as legitimately make a claim for close to half of them not being ahead of Hatton. Either way, you've still only named just over 30 and I said that he'd place between 20-30 in mine...so we're talking fairly minimal differences so far.

I keep finding it funny how people can honestly call Mayweather a runner. He boxes in the center ring & has excellent defense. He even stands in the pocket & fights as well. Corey Spinks is the perfect example of a runner. I think the ones that call him a runner are the over critical posters that personally don't like him. So if Mayweather is a runner then that means Roy Jones Jr. is a runner because they both have a similar style with the exception of Mayweathers defense.

As far as these 3 fighters are concerned I think it's a case of you don't know what you've got till it's gone. They're criticised now, but once they've retired the boxing scene will probably miss them, they won't be the first boxers for that to of happened too.

I've only just started boxing, and consequently only just recently started schooling myself on past and present fighters technically, so I wouldn't say I know enough to criticise any professional boxer on their technique.

Haha, whenever your ready, you post your top 30 of all time, i can tell you it's alot more difficult than finding 30+ fighters of the last 10 years that are better than hatton. lol.

I could name some more, but ill just wait for your top 30 first, something tells me it will live up to the hype.

            lol.

There is no hype my friend. Many of the ones you have posted will be there. The simple facts are that in my top 30, Hatton will be there too.

You need to realise that however knowledgeable you like to think you are about boxing, 'best' lists are subjective matter. From what I have seen so far from $in's poll asking whether people would consider Hatton to be in their top 30 fighters of the past decade, it seems that more people agree with me than yourself.

Of course, you'll brush that off as being uninformed people making a mistake, whose boxing knowledge is incomparable to yours. However you must wonder why you are in the minority. I really must ask why you come here if it is just to ignore what anyone else says and to profess your opinion as the only correct or laudable one? If so, then effectively you are coming here to talk to yourself. That seems a bit pointless to me.

Mayweather doesnt run in all of his fights.

I've seen Hatton fight about 4 times, and I've seen him man hug his opponent in each one, can't say for any previous fights, as I have not seen them.

Calzaghe slaps with his punches, but he's accurate and packs some power behind them, from what I've seen.

Lol, thats what i love about you, you take yourself very seriously, doesnt take much before the sniping in the form of big words and phrases comes up on my screen. funny.

Try not to anticipate what i will say, especially when youv'e already made it clear my posts are not anticipated.

Just incase your having problems with the wording, i have said throughout this thread that what i have said is my opinion, i dont remember saying what i have said is the only correct opinion.

So now the formalities are done, $IN's doing his thing, whatever the people say, i couldnt care less, i dont get swayed by public opinion too often.

                  Merry Christmas. lol.

I snipe. You try to discredit, try to patronise and undermine.

Thus why it comes so naturally. lol.
