Hell yeah, Floyd would fight Tito it's all about the money, when Oscar fought Tito he had a nice 10 speed bicycle (camella), Floyd rides in a hayabusa, so he knows that all he has to do is pot shot and run and he will win. Tito has no business in the ring with someone like Floyd who is a better boxer and has extreamly good movements, not to mention is way faster than Tito in the punching department.
