I knew for sure he was going to beat Green, I actually won some money on that fight, I just didn't think he'd eat a monster left hook and march forward, punching like he did. He is definately the real deal. People say his chin is questionable, but he can take a good punch. I always thought Winky won that 12th round and got robbed in his fight with Taylor. I thought Hopkins beat Taylor the first time around, too. It's almost as if HBO made up Taylor to get crushed by Miranda, who they've known about for awhile I'm sure. Gave him two gift decisions, and then all of a sudden Pantera emerges on the scene to bust his head.Last edited by SquareCircle; 05-11-2007, 06:45 PM.

Abraham wins every round he has the stamina for against Miranda, sadly that are just 5 rounds, he should really train more.
Sturm leads on points against Abraham and Miranda, but there is a big chance that he gets knocked out or at least down.
He does not fight like Winky, his blocking style is similar but not the same and he also jabs a lot, but that's it.
He clearly won the de la Hoya fight with something like 116-112.
Just a few facts...

Glad to see him back in the ring. Good first fight to test the jaw against a guy with limited power. And no, he will not be stripped of the belt. Miranda camp agreed (along with the IBF) to grant Abraham the fight as long as Miranda was allowed to fight Pavlik and still remain the mandatory to his belt. Basically it worked out great for both sides. Abraham gets to try the jaw out against Demers, much better for him than facing Edison first. And Miranda gets options at who to fight once he gets passed Pavlik. He wants Taylor and it looks like that fight may happen. Than he would give up the mandatory against Abraham and take a shot at thw WBC and WBO belts against JT. Smarter move. Plus he wouldnt have to go back to Germany just to get screwed again!
