he quit origininally thinking he was ahead on the cards and it would go to decision and he would win. When he found out he would lose via TKO, he changed his mind.

This is what he told Vic Darchinyan personally. I am good friends with VIC and it was passed over to me.

there it is thank you for telling the truth......sorry but unless you are in Germany the fighter does not get the rules explained to him before he decides whether he wants to quit or not......Do you think if the shoe were on the other foot and Mirnada shook his head they would have said well Edison you do realize you are down on the cards or the fight will be a TKO loss for you if you quit.....Are you sure? I mean come on thats bull**** and you know it Vanes. It's one thing to back your guy but clearly that was bull**** and you should be upset too it could have costed Abraham his career it was a really ****ed up fight in alot of ways.

at least he's fighting guys who are undefeated, will be interesting to see whether or not his jaw has made a full recovery.

of course it was all ****ed up...

BUT, my point is, aside from all the bull****, who showed more courage, more heart and more desire to win...

to me it was Abraham, and thats why he WON.

Ok.....I see where you are coming from but unfortunetely Heart and courage does'nt always win you the fight or guys like Gatti,Morales and Corrales would have been undefeated in their careers.

i hear you bro, but so far it has worked for Abraham.

and I think he can/will win in a rematch.

I don't see all the fuss about this fight, miranda fought like a dirty bastard and deserved atleast three of those deductions. Even without the five deductions, abraham would've won the fight by majority decision 116-114, 115-114, 114-114. If the officials wanted to screw miranda over so bad why didn't they just disqualify him?
I don't get all the talk of miranda breaking arthur's jaw again either. Sure i could understand if miranda had broken the jaw of every single fighter he's ever faced, but do you really think abraham would make that same mistake again?
