Mayweather would carve Hatton like a turkey.

If Hatton wins this makes him a star in the United States. If Hatton wins a potential Hatton - Mayweather bout would probably generate 30M +. I am cheering for Hatton no doubt because I would love for him to take on Mayweather.

I think he'd need a series of impressive stoppages.

Imagine if he stopped Castillo and Cotto, then the Mayweather fight would be big (but not as big as you said).

I mean - Mayweather is a huge star now, like it or lump it. He basically had his own TV show, a build up of a month or so and he fought with some stones that probably gained him more then a few fans. If Mayweather fights next, he easily could pull in 12+ million. With a Hatton win over Castillo, in Vegas, I predict the fight could easily reach 30 million, especially when you have 2 undefeated fighters at the TOP of there game and divisions.

The whole point of Woods-Gonzales II is that Woods wants to fight in Vegas
