This was the first piece of news I read upon waking up this morning. I'm still in shock.

May 7, 2005 will be a day/night I will never forget. My older daughter had her 1st communion earlier in the day, and her party at night slowly transformed into a mini-fight party, centered by Corrales-Castillo I, easily the greatest fight I've ever seen. Just one of those nights where you never forget where you were when it happened.

Tragic and ironic that he goes out on the two year anniversary of that incredible event. Sad, sad stuff. May he rest in peace.

I never really liked Chico, but he was great for the sport and I'm sad that he's no longer here, R.I.P. Chico.
