In his current weight class, I'd rank him in the top 20, pound-for-pound in the top 50. The mere fact that a fighter is undefeated does not reflect the quality of his victories or that of his opponents. Rocky Marciano was undefeated as well, but I would't rank him among the top 5 heavyweights, although I would rank him within the top 10, due to high percentage of KO victories. Pound-for-pound he would wind-up within my top 30 all time. Mayweather, on the other hand, ranks lower due to his "Power" (KO) stats.

Top 10 and easily moves into top 5 with a win over Mosley. If he beats Taylor (or whoever the middleweight champ is), he's top 3.

LOL what. You don't think Oscar De La Hoya is better than all of them??? (He beat two of them, albeit older versions, by the way)

I know he's one of the greatest boxers of all time, I don't like making top 50 or 100 lists because it's pretty ****** in my opinion.

If you told PBF he was top 5o, we dont know how he would feel about that. He might be secretly extremely happy and chuffed to be in the top 50 of all time.

top 20. he was a great dollar fighter, a fighter who fought for the dollar and nothing else.

a fighter who fights for nothing but money should not be respected as much or held in higher regard than a real great fighter.

no way in hell mayweather is an all time great. maybe if he had all the fighters on his resume that he ducked and dodged. he barely did anything above 130.

Well he's def. higher than "great" mexican fighters like Margarito and Chavez Jr. all time.
