I voted Top 10, but maybe Top 20, definitely around there.. The skill level is just undeniable, compared to whoever..

              he his best wins were:

              genaro hernandez
              diego corrales
              jose luis castillox2
              jesus chavez
              zab judah
              oscar

I think you could make a case for him to be in the top 20/30, but i think he's damaging his legacy by calling it quits whilst the likes of mosley, hatton, margarito, cotto and spinks are still around.

                legacy wise, maybe top 20,

No fighting margarito doesnt improve legacy, he has no skills, lol.

Skills wise, easily top 10 of all time imo. mabye even the best skills ever seen inside a ring, floyd has set the standards for other fighters in terms of skills, dedication, training,

You are only as good as your era, floyd's the best in his, beating guys like Margarito, clottey and cintron do nothing, he would smack them about like Stepchildren,

He will pay the price for not losing, people just wanna see him lose, they dont wanna see a close fight, DLH was a close fight and he won decisivley, people have this silly idea you have to lose and come back to be a legend lol.

                Shame really.

Out of that list, I would only rate Greb above Mayweather. Possibly Monzon too...

Thats sorta close to the truth if you take out the fact that I like mayweather which makes me a lil bias.
