As of right now, no. We have to wait for the P4P# 2-4 fighters next fight and result.

#2 Pac, because of the promotional battle between TR and GBP, the possiblity of Pac facing a GBP fighters such as JMM, Guzman, or even Juarez is unlikely. More likely opponents are Soto or Valero. Don't know if Barrios is with GBP, but if his not, then his a future candidate opponent for Pac. So, its either Valero, Soto, or even Barrios. If he beats one of them before the end of the year, then he can be #1. But if he face a nobody, then he should stay at his ranking.

#3 R. Marquez, i want to see a rematch with Vasquez. If RF dominates Vasquez, then a possiblity of being #1. If he fights a diffirent fighter such as Caballero, then he can be #1.

#4 JM Marquez, everybody wants to see Pac vs JMM, but as of now it is unlikely(unless it comes to purse bidding). But he has one other option, and that is Guzman. If JMM beats Guzman convincingly, then he can be #1. Beating MAB and Guzman in the same year would be a great accomplishment for JMM.

Just my opinion, don't mean to offend no one of their fav fighters.
