I dunno if you're just talking about ********** here, Gunstar.

All I know is that I'm a Brit, and I talk the ****ing gospel, 24/7. I'm assuming I'm not alone on this island, though maybe I am.

The fight went the way it had to for Floyd to win.
He won comfortably, and showed incredible defense.
I cant understand people who think this fight was close.

I thought the fight was more competitive and exciting than I thought it would be. Good night of technical boxing even if it lacked a signature "moment." It kind of reminded me of a reverse of DLH-Whitaker with DLH being the slightly older fighter (DLH could never land a good left).

Im so ****ing glad that **** is over with.
It was an overhyped fight from the start. Yes, it had the potential to be exciting, but unless Oscar pulled a KO out of his perfect arse, it was gonna be a so-so, less than dramatic boxing match.

All credit to Floyd, and Oscar gave it a good shot, but that "Well Larry....it wasnt the night for my jab" BULL**** made me realise Oscar simply isnt a GREAT fighter. He achieved alot and was the fighter of the 90's, but a great fighter uses his ****ing jab if its working for him.

Yeah he's a **** but there's really no more discussion about what type of fighter he is. That was all simply proven last night against probably the most game Oscar we've seen in years. End of story.

I think it was a good fight, whoever u were going for you found yourself on your feet every good punch...For the people that found it boring, this is what i think

Your used to seeing some1 really good against some1 thats half decent, so its always bloody and everything....

Get 2 really really good fighters in a ring, the chances of a knockout are slim to none, though thats all people wanted to see, it wasnt gonna happen, both can move, both can block, both can take hits...

I still find it 1 of the best fights ever, but we all know nothing can top Frazier vs. Ali...

For some it might have been boring, but u cant say it ******, cuz u know you liked it....

But when i sat down to watch it, beer in one hand, floyd mayweather shirt on, i knew it wasnt gonna b the most exciting fight, but i loved every second of it...

                  Sorry for the double post...

But all the people that say "All mayweather did was hit and run" ...we went up against them ropes quite a few times, and came out smiling....He had Oscar backing up quite a bit...Boxing is a stradegy sport, you cant go in randomly swinging and expect to land em, Mayweather had a stradegy, that obviously was good and worked...Oscar had trouble landing hits on him, alot of trouble...

And look at 1 of the all time greats, muhammad ali, that was his signature move, hit and move, his footwork is amazing, and if you say footwork doesnt take any talent, then pick up a new sport, cuz without that, there is no boxing...

Put me on the bandwagon of congratulating Floyd but disliking him outside the ring.
Floyd fought an excellent fight and can't be criticized for it. I truly hope that this is just the start of his legacy fights.
DLH did well but truly was out of his depth with his conditioning compared to Floyd. Now let's see a couple of the top welters, Hatton and maybe even a slimmed down Winky for a real cap to a career.
                    Cong**** Floyd.

I think for alot of young boxing fans this was their biggest 'event' in the sport.
It was certainly the most hyped fight for at least a decade i think.

IMO it was far from one of the best fights ever. Id say it was enjoyable yet forgettable.
