I think everyone in the sports bar I was at knew it was over for DLH after rd. 10--DLH got beat badly in 9-10, and he looked tired. From the look on her face I would say that DLH's wife knew it too. Actually, I remember thinking after rd.9 that Oscar looked a little discourgaed as he was not responding to anything anyone said. I think he expected PBF to get tired and be intimidated. Even though PBF was running, he was also counterpunching, which is different from when DLH skipped away from Tito, but did not counter at all. Basically, Oscar gave away round 1, and did not jab after round. 8, and that is why he lost. Also, it would have been good if Roach told DLH to jab.
