Floyd is my favorite fighter but as a black man watching him act like a damn foo on 24/7 has been kinda embarrassing. I don't expect ever black athlete to uplift there people like Ali but can he show just a little class. 24/7 was a nothing but black exploitation if you ask me. What next is he going to put on black face and walk to the ring eating chicken? Malcolm x is turning in his grave as we speak.
Is Floyd a coon?

I would just like to say that I was quite a big fan of Mayweather until a few years ago. I have just been turned off by some of his trash-talking and thuggish antics.
Having said that, I would like to add that I am a white person but I never think that Floyd is tarnishing the image of black people. However, I do feel that he has really hurt himself in terms of being less of a star than he really should be.
Floyd could have been almost as big as Oscar is in terms of bringing mainstream people to boxing and making two or three times as much money. The only thing that would keep Floyd behind Oscar is the smaller k.o. percentage.
Anyway, I think it is important for all of us to remember that we can't judge another race based on the actions of one person, or this group, or that group of people. Some people just do ****** **** or rotten things to others. All the really decent/smart people I know are firm believers that race has nothing to do with it.Comment

I wish more people saw it the way you do but the reality is that they dont. I could understand why a white person would watch that and think Floyd is a coon.I would just like to say that I was quite a big fan of Mayweather until a few years ago. Get out of here with that "crabs in a barrel" mentality. You're being a bit hyperbolic. You know nothing about his personal life.Comment
