He does have more credability than most of the people on here he actually steps into the ring but his quote was merely an opinion which most folks on this forum have a difficult time believing that Maywether is the best boxer in history. I don't agree with that.

Robinson,Ali etc...were far more accomplished than Floyd is at this moment. Than again that's just my opinion right ?

He's also influenced by the fact that Oscar said Miguel Cotto was going to win easily against Malignaggi, am I the only one who remembers this?

I don't think saying Robinson was fighting guys with different styles every week is a good argument because those guys he was facing were fighting every week also. The playing field was even.

A fighter fighting every week in boxing today would be a big deal because not everyone is doing it. You have top guys fighing 2.5-3 times per year (on average).

I don't see anyone ever passing Ray Robinson.Atleast not in the boxing historian's eyes.

Mayweather was a decent Lightweight and I think there is an agument to be made that he was at least in the top 5 of all times. Roberto Duran would have killed him as a light weight. As a welterweight he has not shown the same greatness. Even fighters in the last 20 years would have beaten him, Sugar Ray Leonard for one, how about a shot from Tommy the Hitman Hearns. Come on!!! trouble with fighters today is there to protected you see it time and time again undefeated fighters who fight mostly tomato cans. I put Mayweather in the top ten of all time but not even in the top 5 and as for being beeter than Sugar Ray Robinson, well!! that is just a plain ****** argument!!!
