Its his father's fault why **** is the way it is. Yes you trained him and did all the groundwork but it is PBF in the ring executing what you put together. If PBF didn't have the ability it wouldn't matter what his father taught him because he wouldn't be good enough to execute it. Yes Mayweather Sr. deserves some credit but he wants all the credit because his career got cut short and thats not right because he's not the one in the ring anymore. Truth be told as great as PBF is right now I think he would be better with his father as his trainer. Early in his career PBF seemed better to me with his father and I think that progress would have continued with is father. Mayweather Sr. is better than Roger IMO.

I agree with Floyd Snr. Floyd would be still great with or with out Roger. The most important year of a fighters School is in his early ages between 6-16 those are the years you learn your innate habits. All the count less hours Floyd Snr spent teaching technique, training, disciplining Floyd Jnr as a infant to teenager that's what's made Floyd what he is. Not Roger's polish.

As a parent, I can understand where Snr is coming from totally. I think Floyd should be reminded he wouldn't were he is today if it wasn't for his father's dedication to training him at such an early age.

Is this new? I've always had a bit of sympathy for Sr. even though floyd probably would have fallen out with him had he stayed out of jail. Roger always came across to me as being a bit of a **** to me but he did well by floyd I still think he's better with sr though
