Felix Sturm vs. Jermain Taylor, who wins?

Who would win this fight? I'd say Taylor by boring decision.

While there was a time when I thought Sturm could possibly pull off a UD at Taylors expense......those days are gone. After getting stopped on his home turf by Castellejo whom is old now and lost many years back to DLH and then more recently to Vargas....I think Taylor would catch him and put him night night.......great fight for Taylor if he wants to keep hiding from the real fighters in the MW division......and at least Sturm is really a MW and some would say he beat DLH too.

Taylor should be able to stop Sturm.

I don't think Sturm would stand any chance at all against Taylor.

Sturm is in great condition but he's nowhere near as athletic, doesn't have the reach and size Taylor does even at 6 foot, and hasn't faced or beaten any where near the level of opposition Taylor has in his career.

You read my mind. Sturm's close loss over Oscar made me wonder if he was legit or it was a case of Oscar (obviously blown up) getting used to the weight. Losing to Castellejo (albeit avenged) made me realize that it was the latter.
Taylor wins a UD...maybe even by KO!

Exactly. Taylor gets by with his athletic ability and against Sturm he would do the same. Sturm has seen better days and I actually think Taylor would stop him.

Although I think JT is overrated to the max.....I still consider him a pretty damn good fighter. I just don't think he's the juggernaut everyone makes him out to be at all.
