Only 5% difference for a uk or danish fight? The reason why I think 50-50 is fair, is because its in the uk. I would agree on 60-40 on neutral ground, and i guess 70-30 wouldnt be unfair for JC to go to denmark. Thats why I belive 50-50 is fair if he wants it at home. He would have to pay alot more if he want taylor or hopkins to travel.

We can't cry over spilt crumbs, 5% isn't much, 50-50 in Denmark isn't TOO bad, but we all know that Calzaghe is in it for the money and could earn more from the yanks.

Agree on 60-40 for Calzaghe on neutral soil (US) which is the most likely scenaio for the fight happening.
The only way Kessler gets 50-50 is the fight happening in Britian, & I don't see either fighter travelling to others country.

Also think Calzaghe definitely deserves 50-50 against Taylor or the winner of Winky/Hopkins.
Calzaghe's the longest running champion in the sport & a big name - not as big in the US as Europe, but most people who know a little about boxing have heard about him, & know he's the long-time top SMW.

The fight will be happening in the US because no way are Taylor or Hopkins willing to travel to the UK for the fight, & Calzaghe's already said he's willing to travel there for them.

Watch the robin reid/ottke fight. Ottke cheats and even knows it. Robin reid was giving legal punches, and ottke kept signaling the ref saying illegal punches, yet no illegal punches were thrown. Off cause it should be on ppv. Mogens Palle would easily make 10 § (what was the estimate for the Andrade fight) if the fight would be in Denmark. And then you have to add the TV-rights to other countries, HBO and the lot. Total off estimated 15 § -Huge money.
So when Warren offers 1,75 or 3 § it.s nothing. The money isn't Kessler alone, bot have to be split in Kessler, TV-rights and promoter. Simply a bad deal!
So make a fair offer Warren.
