Just Rewatched Oscar vs whitaker/Quartey

i guess fair is fair when dlh was robbed against mosley II and trinidad....but they both went as a loss for the record books.....yes they were close but i think dlh clearly beat whitaker in my eyes same with quartey a little closer as far pts goes but he won

Word to the wise, if you have a fighter winning by a point and the decision goes the other way it cannot be called a robbery in terms of the decision.

the term robbery is saved for fights like Whitaker v. Chavez or Randal v. chavez...Quartey v. Oscar was no robbery it was damn close-could have gone either way but robbery...in no way shape or form.

well if you weren't penalized so heavily from Knockdown then I could see your point, but the fact of the matter is that he would have lost by 3 rds if it weren't for that knockdown. It was huge swing in the fight, but I still feel like he was robbed because he was clearly ahead. I think it was a robbery...

i had osacr beating whitaker clearly by points, and i think he pulled the quartey fight in the last round, which i had dead even.... **** if the referee wouldve stopped the figt when quartey was getting hit with clean hooks form both sides, nobody would be whining....

.....by wbc rules he had to take the point away wise guy, blame WBC.....

and he even gave a knockdown to Whitaker when clearly their feet got tangled....

iwould, I would really cry robbery if they stopped that fight. Ike was still throwing punches and landing in that exchange, Oscar was getting the better of it, but he still had some fight left and regained his legs after that. Point is oscar was down 8 rds to 3 or 7 -4 by the 12th and he should have got the L by atleast a pt.

delahoya lost twice to mosley clearly... he was not ****in robbed against mosley in the 2nd fight... he just got his ass whooped ...plan and simple...
