    I have stepped back.

I respect and appreciate any people feeling such a love and connection to their cultural heritage and history.

    But that's just me..

I encourage and admire how Mexicans and Puerto Ricans feel about their culture as well.. It's real and it's pure.

We need more of this in the human family.
too much pride is what causes some of these things sometimes though.. the tribe mentality could be a bad thing.

        I agree with you.

Especially when they're either British, German, French...

its muchhhh more than that bro...

im just curious, how many were murdered in Guatemala? and how were they murdered? what was the cause?

Armenian Genocide was over 1.5 million people. They were burned in caves, starved to death in desert marches, women were ****d, children were killed, pregnant women were cut open in front of everyones eyes. It was ruthless, just like Hitler's ways.... and you know what the cause was???

simply that Armenians were Christians living in ****** land.

everything Armenian was destroyed from homes to churches, to names. History books were re-written to not include the Armenian Genocide. A whole nation of Turkey has been brain washed now for 92 years.

so once the Genocide is accepted by Turkey (much better chance for that to happen once the USA accepts it and puts pressure on Turkey to do so) then there would be reperations of land which was taken from the Armenians, as well as monetary reperations.

do you see why this pain has not healed for the Armenians for 92 years?? and why it WILL NOT heal until there is worldwide acceptance??

This genocide was perpetrated by the so called young turks who grabbed political power in turkey during the early part of the 20th century. I'm sure the turkey government is aware of the consequences once they accept that their people have been responsible for the death of millions of armenian people who just wanted reform since they were being treated as second class citizens during that time in the fastly deteriorating ottoman empire. Kudos to tyson for his sympathy but yaser arafat who was the leader of palestian people is already dead after decades of war against israel. Of course he meant talaat who was the grand visor of the ottoman empire during that time.

There's so much evidence of the Armenian genocide, I'm ashamed the US hasn't acnkowledged it yet (coz they need the Turkish bases).

I'm an Armenian myself and i just wanted to say that my heart goes out
to all the other Armenians. What happend 92 years ago was real
and it should be recognized all over the world. Great of Iron Mike
to come down there and give his opinion on the subject.

SO YA, TYSON IS ON THE SIDE OF JUSTICE AND TRUTH, BECAUSE THE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE DID HAPPEN AND NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED.
