Told you Rees could win it. He's fighting two divisions above where he should be though, which made the win all the more impressive. Tactics were absolutely spot on.

Rees is certainly too small for the division (at least against a fighter with desire and workrate). He looked like a cracking little fighter though.

MBaye was throwing his shots a foot above Rees' head and when he realised they werent landing, he stopped throwing at all.

Chuffed for Rees who was the only fighter in there willing to fight.

Warren has suggested that Hatton might face the winner of this fight. If that happens I will hunt down the **** and finish what the masked gunman didn't.

There is no way a fight with Rees will interest Hatton. It would be like taking 20,000 steps backwards from his recent Vegas exploits.

Agreed. Hatton should be building as quickly as he can on the momentum he has after Castillo.

Lovely to see how Calzaghe was cheering him on during that fight. He'll make an excellent trainer.

It seems like a nice supportive boxing camp to be in. Its what you need.

It seems to me that Joe's father Enzo must be one of boxing's best trainers.
