Guzman has the skills to be in the P4P top ten, but he needs to beat the top fighters in the SFW and LW divisions to be considered #2 P4P. A fight with Pac would be exciting I hope Guzman gets that chance to see if he is for real not.

JMM is way better than Guzman in terms of both resume and achievement so there's no comparison.

I used to abhor JMM a lot but after his surprisingly courageous performance againts MAB, one can't help but admire the skill and bravery presented.

Guzman might not of faced any really big names, but he's been trying to get the matches with them for some time now.
Seems too much of a risk-reward situation for the Pacquiao's, Barrera's & Marquez's of the current scene.

Real shame, as I'd edge him over the current version of MAB, Pacquiao a toss-up, & a slight edge to JMM based on styles.
Any of them would be a great fight.

He has faced some pretty good fighters, has been consistently superb in his showings, & think you can tell a lot about him from that.

Against Katsidas - I feel Katsidas has the potential to be a major force at Lightweight/Junior Welter, but he doesn't have the experience at this stage of his career to deal with likes of Guzman, & think it's a bone-head move by his promoters in taking the fight.

See Guzman winning a wide decision, even though he's really at most a Junior-Lightweight. Too fast, too skilled.
