Chad Dawson's style = fecal matter

Man, Chad Dawson is BORING. He does that same pawing crap that Tarver does, but has less power and a worse chin (apparently).

Are all tall southpaws this incredibly boring to watch? Surely there is an exception.

I'd love to see Dawson get in a fight with Glen Johnson, someone who will make him fight.

He isnt boring at all. Adamek just couldnt make a fight out of it. Wasnt skilled enough.

A skilled vet like Johnson or Tarver or Jones or Hopkins or Calzaghe, would make a GREAT fight with Dawson.

Him alone cant make an exciting fight, i agree, but it wont necessarily take an exciting fighter to make an exciting fight with him. Just a guy that likes it on the inside.

And Dawson is very skilled, very promising, and will probably do great things for boxing in America if he gets those big endorsements they talk about.

Maybe he'll sign with like NBC or something

Styles make fights. It wasn't that Adamek wasn't good enough. Tomasz is one of the top 5 at 175. Dawson though is a reluctant counterpuncher, and it bores me.

Glen Johnson would make him fight. So would Calzaghe, Briggs, or Kessler.

Boxing is kind of boring to me past Middleweight. The only heavyweight I can stand to watch is Klitschko. Over 160 or 168 I'm not too interested. I have to check this guy Dawson out though.

The Adamek fight was interesting, I thought. Sure it was a bit slow but that's only because Adamek was stunned by Dawson's speed and didn't know how to attack him.

Dawson is good but he will make you sleep. There are plenty of good fighters at 160-175 though. They just have to be matched right to make good fights. Adamek-Briggs I and II were both good, and their first fight was a FOTY candidate.

Kessler may be the most skilled from 160 on up. His combos are beautiful. Johnson fights every second and his fights are always good as a result. Miranda, Taylor, Wright, Hopkins, Woods, Calzaghe...you are missing out if you don't watch these guys.

He throws combinations and uppercuts, there are many boxers out there, who are more boring. Adamek did't even know how to fight a lefty and if he's top 5 than he certainly is the fifth.

Edit: I like Winky, his last fights got more and more exciting. But since when are Winky,Bernard and Woods fighters who make exceptional fights?

Yeah I saw Adamek-Briggs...2 I think it was. That was a good fight. I saw Kessler fight whoever it was he last fought lol. Calzaghe also looks good.

I used to think Clinton Woods was black until I seen him fight lol.

adamek wasnt very good at all.

as much as i HATE the word. it was a bit of an exposage for adamek. I love the guy, hellofa fight and very exciting, but dawson was on a whole nother level and he proved it.

But Dawson doesnt clinch, he has lightning fast hands, Anyone other then Adamek would have been stopped in the 7th or 8th.

An i think Dawson CAN punch he just doesnt commit that often. He rocked Adamek several times in the fight and that is no easy feat at all.

Like i said, a better guy then Adamek would make WAR with Dawson.
