Now, the story changes. Alot of you people on this forum swear Kessler will kill Calzaghe. Kind of like how people thought jeff lacy was going to do it aswell... hahaha, I guess people who thought kessler is going to destroy joe aren't going to be shocked when joe is the one who does it

A lot of talk about this fight. Just wondering if people actually think Kessler can beat Calzaghe.

i would give the edge to calzaghe cuz of his boxing ability plus he is a southpaw

At the end of the day this Kessler guy has never fought anyone and is not deserving of a shot at Joe until he ****ing fights someone.

I see you posting about the quality of Calzaghe's opponents constantly. Yet I've never seen you post a single name on Kessler's resume who is anywhere near the quality of the best Calzaghe has faced.

It'd be funny if he beats the living **** out of kessler and ko's him. That would make people look really ****ing ******. Not even a tko, but a ko that he lands so nice that kessler can't get up because he is so badly hurt.

And what would be wrong with that? A lot of Calzage's recent fame has come strictly from beating the **** out of Lacy for 12 rounds. If he were to do the same with Kessler, it would be a huge popularity boost again!

but dont talk **** about Kessler either. I voted for Calzaghe, but his opponents of late have been better than Calzaghes. According to RING magazine, Mundine is the #2 challenger, Beyer the #4, and Andrade the #5. what they all have in common? Kessler has fought all of them in his last 4 fights! If you dont care about RING magazine, thats fine, theyre just the usual standard... These are good opponents, imo.
I think Calzaghe would win.

His first 4 titles defenses are better than any 4-fight stretch in Calzaghe's career. Just look, Calzaghe followed up a huge win over Lacy by fighting 2 bums...
