First off newbie....I'll make as many threads as I want. So zip it.

Secondly I just don't see the logic. If someone wants to kill a bull....wouldn't they rather sneak up on it and kill it when it's unsuspecting? Why would they waive a red flag in front of it, piss it off and then try and kill it with their bare hands? That's my logic here.

How many times does he have to say: "He really got under my skin and all that does is motivate me and make me want to work harder".

If you're a fighter, and you're fighting Oscar.......just hush up. You have a much better chance if you don't piss him off.

Anyways he'll beat Floyd and then people will hush up.
You have my vote. I've been saying this for a while.

It's all hype. I take it as seriously as when I hear a fighter say : I had an outstanding camp, I'm in the best shape of my life!

I don’t think Oscare would have gotten this far if he needed someone to insult him to motivate him

Maybe Hatton could beat De La Hoya. After four months of "Well Oscar is a legend and you have to accept his achievements in the ring. It's a real honour to have this opportunity to share the ring with a legend like Oscar" De La Hoya will be completely unmotivated!

Personally I think it will be better for boxing if Mayweather loses, especially if he then continues for another bunch of fights. Mayweather wins, it's going to be crap.

The great fighters know how to fix their mistakes, adapt their styles and avenge their losses.

The BEST fighters know how to do that during the fight so that they dont even get the loss.

please, i just saw the entire de la hoya career and im sure that he will beat floyd unless he is completely shot, even a 80 % de lahoya can beat floyd(for various reasons, not because floyd is bad)....

ps--i just scored alll de la hya fights and the only fights hes lost was hopkins(out of his league), shane 1 and sturm...

Floyd isnt going to get by Oscar... I could sit here and talk smack but on May 5th everyone will realize that De La Hoya was the beater fighter that night.

plain and simple Oscar has been fighting the best his whole carrer ....FLoyd on the other hand only fought the best at lightweight then ran from the best after that......and im not saying this cause i hate floyd or cause i like oscar cause i think they are both great but Oscar will give him the HUMBILING THAT HE NEEDS
