This is absolutely ****ing hilarious coming from a pee wee whose favourite boxers are Floyd and Taylor... two guys who are being **** blown by HBO in total comfort zones.

Wait... I forgot... Baldomir was a legit threat.

Rumours are Calzaghe is negotiating with Carl " The Cobra " Froch. Who will be a real genuine threat. If Calzaghe wins there can be no dispute he is a great fighter.

But even if Joe beats Froch...people will say Froch was over rated and never beat anyone.

But the WBC organisation is sounding childish and u wud expect better from them. It must be annoying the hell out of Joe though.

I think Froch looks like a good fighter, but if he lost to either Kessler or Calzaghe next, it wouldn't be regarded as a "great" win.
He has shown he got skills, but he has still to prove what level he's at.

I hope he gets the Inkin fight.

my thing is this, why hasn't joe fought for any other belt other than for the IBF which lacy had, but his whole career there has been the WBC champ and the WBA champ at 168 and joe never tried to fight for those belts...............why?

if i were joe just like anyone else i guess i would try and be undisputed and grab up all the belts.

other than the obvious reason of frank warren being involved, why hasn't joe pressed for this??????? anyone know, and i don't want any joe **** riding answer, i want an actual factual answer, no bull****.

and don't say that no one wanted to come over there and fight joe, because the WBO is way inferior to the WBC and the WBA, they are more covented and held in higher regard than the WBO, so by those means it would only stand to reason that joe travel to fight, but that aint going to happen, also if i had the more highly regarded trinket i wouldn't go over to europe to fight joe, one the WBO isnt worth it, second it's been a known fact of US fighters and other world fighters getting the raw end of the deal over there, one way or the other. but with holding either the WBC belt or the WBA belt i would think and say that those hold more leverage in the negotiations than the WBO belt?

                  anyone????????????????????

Well, partially it helps to remember that Sven Ottke held one of the other titles and you'd be ****** to go and fight him in Germany.

The other point is that although the other belts are 'more credible' than the WBO in most weight divisions, they ARENT in the SMW division. While the other champions have come and gone, Calzaghe has stayed. He is ranked number 1 (and has been for a long time), he is the longest serving champion and he fights in a big boxing nation, of course it was a case of the fact that people should've come to him.
