Miranda Sounds Off On Taylor, Pavlik

He hasn't fought anyone with power to knock him out. Miranda has the power to knock him on his ass. What fighter has taylor fought that can move fast like Miranda and have alot of power behind his punches? No one I can think of. Hopkins and Winky are great fighters, but they're not known for their power. They're known for tiring their opponents out then koing them. And beaten anyone in the amatuers doesn't prove ****, he hasn't fought Lacy or Pavlik in their professional careers. Fighters get better once they turn pro.

Honestly.....I don't think height means anything with those two. Pavlik is going to be like an octopus in a phone booth and I don't think he'll be able to keep Miranda off him. Fight won't last 5 rounds, Miranda by TKO.

first of all, i can't believe i actually agree with the calzaghe fan, but pavlik was very young when he fought taylor, he's at least three or four years younger than taylor so when taylor was an amateur pavlik would have been about 17 or so, pavlik is a much better fighter now. miranda will knock taylor on his ass, that's for sure

Taylor will eat that boy alive. he need to work on his boxing skills to go with that power. Because he really not that nice, Green should of let his hands go more and he would of beat him and Green is nowhere as athletic nice as Taylor.

Green would have let his hands go and not made it the distance. good idea. i agree with you, but green would have been eating canvas. I'm a big taylor fan and a big miranda fan. Two of my top 5 boxers I look out for, but alot of people say Taylor needs to hone his skill too. Taylor got through the Hopkins and wright fights on 90 percent pure natural ability.

Eastman had Miranda on ***** street, I guess you've not seen that fight, Miranda was saved by the bell.

in miranda's defense. peter was on ***** street(I think 2 or 3times) because of VK and VK couldnt finish him off, either. eventhough he still ended up winning the fight.

I too am very critical of Taylor but he has had the toughest most talented 4 title defenses in a row of any champ out there(lost 2 of the 4 but....). that being said if he cant show something more than he did against Ouma he will have a tough fight in Pavlik or Miranda.

I don't see how anyone can say that he has taken on the toughest most talented fighters out there in the last four fights when his last two opponents were blown up jr middles who can't punch Spinks being part of the two. Seems to me taylor doesn't want to fight a hard hitter that is a true middleweight. Taylor is very flawed and for as much as HBO is trying to hype him, I have not been impressed at all with him.
