to be honest, this is actually true, because especially when watching certain Soccer matches on tv, and reading about them in the news, certain countries (spain/italy in particular) are not just disrespectful, but in some cases (spain vs england friendly 2004) all out racist.

id say england is one of the least racist countries, however i remember in a qualifier against turkey some overt racism being shouted in songs etc, but england has a better track record than most.
