Press Release: Undefeated WBA heavyweight champion Nikolai Valuev will not only hold an 11-inch height advantage over Ruslan Chagaev but also outweigh his challenger by slightly more than 90 pounds. The official weights for the WBA heavyweight title fight from Stuttgart, Germany are Valuev: 319 lbs and Chagaev: 228 lbs. always amazes me just how massive that valuev is. he's gigantic. chageav is no small heavy and he looks like a little kid next to him. can you imagine if valuev had wlads skills and hand speed? yikes

i think chagaev has a better chance than most people think. he'll be the first hard hitter and pressure fighter valuev has ever fought. lets not forget, chagaev is one of the hardest hitters in the HW division. and monte barrett showed (albeit not very well) that valuev's chin can be reached, and that gives chagaev a chance.

That's right, damn near every haymaker Barrett threw at Valuev landed. The difference here is that Chagaev has some firepower and Valuev is easy to hit. On Saturday we are going to find out just how good Valuev's chin really is.
