Is 319 lbs a good weight for Valuev? Does anyone know what he weighed in his last fight? Also, anymore pics Soprano?

Yes, it's a pretty good weight for him. Valuev has been pretty consistent with his weight throughout his career but he hasn't been under 320-324 lately, so I'm sure he's been conditioned very well. Not that a few pounds make a difference on the scale of things I just don't see Chagaev winning this one.

if anyone is a gambler i would advise throwing a little loot on chagaev
for what its worth there are some held in high regard sports writers and trainers stateside and in europe that are leaning towards chagaev.
if you've noticed the odds have dropped down by a third on chagaev of most recent.someones putting money on ruslan.
i've heard small talk that the russian "Schlockers" are interested in this one.

i don't put much worth when someone uses the logic i'm about to use but since i want chagaev to win i'ts all right...chagaev did beat ruiz who in my eyes won over valuev. and ruslan hung in there and won against that 6'6"versu...dude.

ruslans a lefty. no one yet has been able to dent the body of valuev yet(which i think is the key) but if anyone has a chance of that its chagaev.he should forget about trying to hurt valuev to the head. a hard blow there will just wake him up. another key is not letting valuev settle into his robot rythm . chagaevs trainor timo whats his name is held in high regard and you better bet they have a gameplan.
i've been straddling the fense on this one but there's many little things that may make me fall on ruslans side.but looking at those guys standing side by side confuses me again.
imo chagaev has a better chance at defeating valuev compared to klitchko. chagaev is alot more mentally ruff than wlad who i think would wimp out mentally even tho his skills are slightly better imo.

Valuev has been known to take his training seriously, but I think he's been more devoted than ever to training for this fight. I read that just after the Mccline fight he started training for this one. I hope that all this training will pay off and us fans will see championship performance by Valuev.

Im getting tired of seeing this Valuev fight smaller people. Wlad Vs Valuev needs to happen. Or Vitali vs Valuev or even Shannon briggs. Im getting tired of seeing this man fight people who don't have any chances.. Why hasn't Lamon Brewster challenged this girl yet?! JESUS!

He just fought McCline, who is 6'6 and looked like a baby next to him..

                      Chagaev is 6'1
                      Brewster - 6'0
                      Briggs is 6'4
Valuev is 7'0 and unofficially 7'2

You know how Wlad looks big next to Brewster (6 inch advantage for Wlad) Wlad will look smaller than Brewster when he stands next to Valuev.

You're tired of seeing him fight smaller people? Well, unless Shaq has a change of heart and goes into boxing.. I think you will never see another boxer stand eye-to-eye with Valuev.
