    There is a big difference between being fit and being healthy.

    Popular running guru Jim Fixx was evidence of that. He ran a hell of a mile,
    but keeled over one day from a heart attack due to the "eat anything" diet he followed. What a trooper.

    Guess everyone's car, I mean, body is different.

    A junk fuel diet will only take your body so far.

    Why not feed your body with the best possible fuel for top performance?
    Then, you can be fit and healthy.
