"I can go to camp and I'm still gonna drink soda, I'm still gonna eat cookies, I'm still gonna eat pizza and I eat lots of candy, licorice, lots of licorice. There ain't nothing about me fake. I'm still gonna train hard. This ain't Rocky; this is real life."
Mayweather being himself....straight ******. I love it.Comment

High quality fuel goes a long way...
Seems to me DLH is on the right track with his performance fuel.
Although, I'm not too crazy about Floyd's diet, hopefully he's not a heavy junk food eater.
It's been known that a high consumption of carbonated drinks leaches calcium from bones, not to mention what cola can do when poured on battery terminals.
Could that be the cause of Floyd's brittle hands? Hmmmm.
There is a big difference between being fit and being healthy.
Popular running guru Jim Fixx was evidence of that. He ran a hell of a mile,
but keeled over one day from a heart attack due to the "eat anything" diet he followed. What a trooper.
Guess everyone's car, I mean, body is different.
A junk fuel diet will only take your body so far.
Why not feed your body with the best possible fuel for top performance?
Then, you can be fit and healthy.
See: Jack Lalane and Helio Gracie. Inspiring legends indeed.
