Scap, I sprained my ankle last thursday and it's healed two days ago. The treatment for a sprained ankle is to simple bite the bullet and walk on it.

This is easy to say Spoon, your a simple man who has little or nothing to lose by just tuffing it out whereas me...well Im a finely tuned well conditioned son of a ***** who cannot afford to take even the slightest risk in regard to my body.

Trust me spoon, this ankle thing...it was pretty bad.
