No he helped out Naz. He protected him from JMM who would have gotten to him first before Barrera and exposed him in just the same way. As far as trainer he is one of the best. I know Taylor has looked like **** since he has taken over, but Taylor has to work hard at what Manny is trying to teach him. Even the best trainers are gonna have guys that dont perform well. The fighter has to take responsibility as well. After all he is the one in the ring.

Everybody knew he was going to get exposed sooner or later. It wouldn't have mattered who his trainer was against Barrera. Barrera was the better man. I know Naz is your favorite fighter and your backing him up, but you have to admit he was a flawed fighter and once he got his first loss he never really did anything to try to get back to the top.Comment

Flawed fighter? Very much so.Everybody knew he was going to get exposed sooner or later. It wouldn't have mattered who his trainer was against Barrera. Barrera was the better man. But he coulda gone onto greater things with Ingle and fixed some of that. Steward didnt do anything great for him. A trainer has to take a certain amount of responsiblity.Comment

Yeah he has to take some responsibility, but the majority has to go to the fighter. As far as I know there never has been a trainer that said I will go in there and fight for you. In the end it comes down to the fighter to perform on that night.Comment

Yeah I agree I was only joking with the outburst but its one of those things that Steward as a trainer should always look back on and wonder.Comment

Yeah I agree Naz could have been even bigger than he was. Even though i really wasn't a Naz fan i wish he was still around. Would make for some interesting fights now especially in the SFW to LW division.Comment

If u ask me,Naz ruined himself, and its a shame he was once my fav fighter
i just watched the Doc Naseem Hamed,Little Man,Big Fight, and my oh my he just wasnt training good at all,not focused,he was taking too much time talking 2 the camaras
His brother was also apart of his downfall, the most dumb thing i seen was when he said "Barreras in the mountains,Nas is down here, while hes freezin his ass off, were in the sunshine" that just shows u wot typa manager Naz's bro was,Stewerd admited himself Naz looked sloppy in training, too wildComment

ive never bet on a fight although im sure i will eventually....i dont know any straight up gamblers like that except in cards or craps....Man i dunno...Freddie and Stewart have a lot of fighters but they can't train them all so in all reality...both trainers have a staff and assistant trainers that make them look good or screw them up...Comment
