The only big fight I can see for Corrales at welter is Arturo Gatti. They can beat eachother's brains in for their final big payday.

It would be an old-fashion war and a tribute to two of the greatest hearts and most passionate fighters of their time.

I would pay to see it, as past there primes as they are.

First off the word is naive. All that you have listed is a poor excuse for someone of his status to be in a financial bind. I know Corrales is not one of the highest paid fighters but he has had enough high profile fights to put a sufficient amount of money away for his future. If he isn't good at doing this then maybe he should have consulted with a financial planner.

Your comment of a crew helping and supporting him during his months off makes absolutely no sense. If you are referring to his trainer, conditioning coach, nutritionist, sparring partners, these people are required to get paid and typically play a role when a fight is pending. All fighters have these expenses so there is no reason for him to be the exception. Why shouldn't he pay child support if he is the biological father of the children?

man, how nieve. the guy has child support,court costs,spousal support and the horrendous cost of his crew who helps and supports him during the months off. a lot of mouths to feed.
