It wasn't ridiculous, Calzaghe was way on top, the referee definitely stopped the fight way too early and I am gutted because of that but....the fight should never have happened because Calzaghe is far too good for the likes of Manfredo and that was plain to see even in a short fight!

Manfredo allowed himself to take around 30 unanswered shots???

It would be nice if Calzaghe's promoter could get him a good fight. I'm sure Calzaghe is not happy with the outcome of the fight.

calzaghe didnt land one of his powerless slaps in that flurry they were all blocked and even if he did land they have no power so good stoppage! can this guy be any weaker jesus christ what a joke this bum will never get respect he needs to go away, im surprised the ref didnt stop it when calzaghe landed his first jab of the fight

I don't get it either. I've only seen a couple of his fights, and I think there are some fighters that would beat him, but some people are pretty irrational in their logic for disliking him.
