Was Gunn really rated in the top 15 by the WBC? Christ, that's one weak division.

It's sad that Enzo will move up to HW just to get a payday.

David Haye would KO Enzo Maccarinelli.
Johnny Nelson would have boxed the socks off Enzo Maccarinelli.
Jean Marc Mormeck would outclass Enzo Maccarinelli.

All Enzo Maccarinelli seems to want to do is beat up on no-marks. As soon as he steps up he'll be done for. He nowhere near the level of David Haye. The lack of quality opposition compared to Haye is atrocious.

The fact that he's a world champion at the weight and he's fought absolutely no-one is a ****ing joke.

me too, it really is a shame the same thing can be said about valery brudov who is the WBA interim champ and will most likely become champ depending how the virgil hill situation plays out.... he has never beaten anyone of significance either..

i dont think it refelcrs poor talent in the division as i think there are several very good prospects at cruiserweight who have won fights of greater siginificance and are more deserving of title shots than hobson, gunn or in brudovs case luis pineda

I think Enzo Maccarinelli is the best Cruiserweight out there, no one hits as hard as he does.

I hope he gets a fight on next with Haye, Bell or Mormeck.

Lets hope Frank Warren doesnt **** him over.

Agreed on all counts. Especially the last one.

just searching on youtube and i found this video.

Watch from 3:30 min onwards. They measure Enzo Maccarinelli's punch, and Enzo Calzaghe and Joe Calzaghe are there training the Blue Peter presenter.

Now I know what Calzaghe means when he said he done alot of sparring for the Manfredo fight

Enzo should stay awhile at Crusierweight and then move up to HW he is big for that too and have the power and size to go there
YES WE ALL KNOW YOU WATCH BLUE PETER

That fight was a complete miss match, enzo hasn't really been in with anyone who is that great and i don't see him beating haye at heavyweight. i am also not sure he will have a big fight in the near future, warren didn't want him in with haye mormeck has to fight haye next or he will get striped, I would like to see enzo fight banks next, but i feel he will probably fight some bum.
