Let me think for a moment...
Aging champion, looking for one last payday...hadn't fought in sometime.
Fighting in the young,up and coming contender's home....
I thought Hatton was gonna win, even though I hardly knew who he was...it called a SET-UP!!!!Comment

That was exactly what I was thinking. So did Tzsyu all the way to the bank.Comment

Revisionism. Noone gave Hatton a chance until after he won, then it was a set-up or an aging Kostya, or "cheating" or some excuse. It's a familiar pattern.Comment

Why is age 35 so old and past his prime? Lewis peaked in his mid-30's, Maskaev has won 12 fights in a row and is champion at 38. Kostya was well rested and in perfect condition when he fought Hatton - who does Ricky have to beat before you give him credit?Comment

bull****, i'd say everyone on this board predicted that tszyu would win by knockout, apart from the british fans. tszyu fought mitchell just 6 months before and looked damn impressive.Comment

An elite fighter in his prime.
Lewis was a heavyweight, where you can get away with being old and slow and still win fights.Comment
