he si overrated only by pinoys who think he is god, and by guys who say he is the best in the world, but he sure is top 3, manny is a great fighter.

So wherever pac falls, it's probably 2 or 3 or 4. If someone wants to get saucy and claim Rafa is better.........then maybe. I don't know though.

Rafa knocked out Johnson and Austin. Not as great but not as weathered.

He beat a past his prime erik morales he beat barrera which was already making up excuses and was a beaten man before the fight had even started and now because of those victories they consider pacquiao unstopable.Well the truth is he got outboxed by marquez for 11rounds and when pacquiao faces a GOOD BOXING FIGHTER pacquiao will get outboxed and people will realize he really was about nothing.
