    Joe Calzaghe to retire

    Joe Calzaghe has been quoted by saying he will retire in 12-16 months that only gives him a few fights..what fights do you think they will be..one must be Kessler

    I think he might fight kessler, but i don't know if he will be able to get any big American fight in that time period.

      Taylor will avoid him, most likely, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Hopkins give him a shot. (Manfredo)-Kessler-Hopkins would be nice.

            Honestly, I don’t think it would matter if he fought any big names till he retires. He’ll always be slated by critics. Winky was too small, Kessler was unproven, Hopkins was to old, Jones Jr was shot to ****, Dawson was to inexperienced, Taylor had no skill etc.

            To truly cement his legacy with the critics, he’d have to go to HW and Beat Wlad.
