    Believe me, it wouldn't work. Boxers are used to taking money for each fight, do you think they'd fight for free? And then not even have control over their opponents? Totally different scenario, no comparison there.

      Americans fixing games? We had amatures playing against professional teams from other countries during the olympics. Besides, thats other sports...boxing it wouldn't work, theres just too many differences between pro and am rules. This topic is inane.

        people are talking about pro boxers like they would dominate in the Olympics. I dont think this would be the case at all....amateur boxing is totally different fromt pro boxing, i would bet on the most of the top amateurs beating the most of the best pros in an amateur match up.
