My question is, what makes him so appealing to you all? fail?

He's got a weak chin...Nah, I dont dislike Zab i've been following his career for a while. I am however cheering for Cotto, either way I think it's gonna be a high action fight. I'm heading out to NYC for this one, no doubt!

He's great with footwork. He moves and punches most of the time. He neutralizes the offense of most, when he backs up. He catches people with punches they didn't even know could be thrown, forget seen.

I'm not saying he's a Mayweather skill-wise.... but he's damn good. And much flashier than Floyd.

zab's skill level is crap... tone, byrd, nard and wright have skills... zab is just fast... where were his "skills" and great defense against baldy, spinks and zoo?? except for the spinks rematch, how come he cant beat "A" level opponent or even a "C" level guy like baldy...

zab is kool.. hes from brooklyn and he is a punk but im a fan. ill be rooting for him when he fights cotto.. i like cotto, i hate his fans.. on this site at least. i havent been here ina minute.. but zab can punch.. knock u out with one punch. has a SICK uppercut.. and is faster.. he was faster than floyd in their bout.. skills are a B, defense is avg but he is very athletic.. and stamina is a F.. hes a good boxer/puncher

I love his left uppercut, catch ****ers from no where. The man has skills and i like his fighting style. Aggresive, extermely fast, slick and has some damn good power.

He has all the physical attributes to be GREAT, but lacks the motivation and the Mental aspect of being a great champion.

The guy has alot of fans on the scene as I have seen recently. I also went to a gym recently and every single one of them loved Zab.

My question is, what makes him so appealing to you all? He doesnt have the most interesting personality. I know Im not the only one who cringed when he was on Friday Night Fights. Then there was the whole Mayweather situation, and he even punched Baldomir in the stomach during the ref instructions. He comes off as a ****y, dumb, prick in my eyes, yet he has a lot of fans. Im not hating on his skills because he does have them. Im just wondering is all...

Is it more a case of people liking Zab, or a case of people wanting Cotto to fail?

Because hes fast, quick and has good knockout power, and the way he carries himself, alot of people just like his swagger. Some dont like him, some do, but i can tell you in the black community Zab is oddly a household name
