I work out hard, constantly, but not to the extent he does. I dont use his techniques, although if I had some of the basic equipment he does then I would. Ie Sledgehammer, weighted vest and so on. I am in good enough shape to box any amount of rounds anyone else in my club can do, in sparring and so on, and regularly do massive runs of like 14-15 miles and even longer bike rides, and still that guy is in better shape than me of course. He considers diet, timings of his workouts and everything else to reach the best his body can be... on top of that he does enough research to put any physio-anything library to shame. So yeah, awesome athlete, he is.

I do voice over work with Joe Tessitore for ESPN on ESPN Classic Fights so if you watch them you will likely run across one of the fights I have done.... some Lewis, Pazienza, Camacho, Haugen, Holyfield, etc etc.
