so who's alt is this?
Marquez fears the Pacman. He knows Pac would KO him in a rematch. If Morakles who has 'granite chin' didn't last 3 rounds, then I don't know how Marquez beats Pac.Comment

Get your facts right! Marquez allready said that if Barrera wants the rematch he's more then willing, but if he's not ready bring on Paquiao.Comment

I think Barrera has a stronger chin than either Morales and Marquez. I think out of the four fighters - Pac's chin is second only to Barrera's.
The way for Marquez to be able to beat Pac is by adjusting to his style and then counter punching. Marquez does very well adjusting to his opponent and then countering, but he does start off slow. I think Pac's best approach is to try to take him out early.
I think Marquez v Pac II would be a great fight, but there also also other fighters out there that should be in the mix - like Soto, Guzman etc. These guys should all get getting their shots before we get into rematches and trilogys. :-)Comment

let me interject with a little truth here. jmm refused the pac rematch on the advice of his trainer nacho, who thought an offer of 750,000( which was only 100,000 more than he recieved for staging a classic in the first fight) was insulting and i agree. he out boxed pac for the better part of 11 rounds so he has no reason to fear pac. jmm said he wants a rematch only when the controversies regarding the fight were mentioned. in other words if marco thinks he got shafted we can do it again and ill beat him again. in my opinion he allready beat pac more convincingly than he beat marco. jmm was caught by surprise with pacs speed in his left hand in the first round. it took him less than 6 minutes to figure out what he needed to do to beat the one armed bandit. pac has improved some but not enough to trouble jmm too much. pac is just not that smart, he has to rely on his strength, great conditioning and quick straight left, he is not smart enough to adjust in the middle of the fight. jmm will have months to study and prepare for a fighter with such a limited arsenal. jmm by ud in a much easier fight for him than the first.Comment

Better start watching the fight again if you think Marquez won 11 of the 12 rounds.
Like the thread starter said......he is so ecstatic of rematching Barrera which he didn't do after fighting Pacquiao. It was the fight of his life and I wouldn't blame him if he refused to fight Pac again. Most fighters who doesn't want to fight a certain fighter claims fake injuries or Outprices himself. He took a Chris John fight for 60K for God sakes.......and you're saying 750K wasn't enough?
