Thoughts on Mormeck Bell II?

I haven't seen any discussion on this one, it seems to have got overshadowed by the later fights.

Fight of the night in many ways for me, marred slightly by the fact that both again had (understandable, perhaps, given the pace) stamina issues and both took it in turns to take the last four rounds off.

I couldn't understand the look of astonishment on Bell's face to find out he'd lost, given that he knew he was four points down at the eighth, and they'd announced it was "unanimous" before even telling us the first card to Mormeck. I had it 115-114 to Jean Marc in the final event, though it could have been slightly wider.

Mormeck ran away the last four rounds. I thought it was a draw. We had a long thread about it during the fight yesterday. It was a great fight, especially the first seven rounds.

Sorry, I only went back the first four pages to look for a thread. Yeah, after round seven it tailed off somewhat. I thought Mormeck did arguably enough to take the ninth, though I scored that one even. (cue flaming from peewee ****o).

personally the bad camera made it hard to enjoy for me. ive seen ali fights with better resolution.

it was definitely a good scrap though, even if mormeck did a little too much slapping behind the head for my liking.

That was crazy in the fourth how Mormeck had Bell out on his feet, and then bell came back and stunned him and put him in the corner.

Yeah that whole dancing shenanigans was entertaining by Bell. I think a third fight should be made between the two......as soon as possible.

Great fight but a shame about the open scoring which ruined the last 4 rounds. I had it for Mormeck by 1 point and I hope for a rematch, but Mormeck-Haye would also be a good fight.
