Daniel "the Running Men" Ponce De Leon

The "Running Men" dont deserve on that PPV attraction, he deserve to go back to ammateur boxing, The way he fought Gerry Penalosa is very frustrating and not worth to be included in the pay per view. In my analysis Gerry Penalosa connnected much SOLID punch than " THE RUNNING MEN" almost 1000punch connecting to GERRY's ARMS AND GLOVES. I dont know why the judges can't see it. THAT IS WHY MANY BOXING AFFICIONADOS dont want boxing anymore its. ANYWAY EVEN SOME MEXICAN FANS BOOED THE VERDICT... ANY BOXING MAFIA OUT THERE.....JUST A QUESTION?

Those who booed didn't like his style, If Penalosa would have fought that style and outboxed PDL you wouldn't be complaining. Penalosa had a good showing but he was outboxed by a guy who was thought to be 1 dimensional, he's more versatile than we thought, give him credit. He won the fight.

you know styles make fights, and Bautista is not the same type of fighter as Penalosa. But I'll admit to you, today made me doubt his power a little bit while I always knew he didn't have good defense, in a fight with Bautista, though he would land more head shots and not have to focus on the body like he did against Penalosa's high gaurd.

              ferocity is that you ????

having no good defense is all bautista needs.

however, props still for PDL, gerry doesnt really did enough convincingly to take the crown from de leon. coming from 2 lower weight class and no berth to even challenge for the crown, gerry needs to KO the guy, which i believe couldve come had he been a bigger younger fighter.

It would be a much more open fight, at this point I would actually have it 50/50 because I was very dissapointed with PDL and I haven't seen Bautista versus enough of a quality opponent to justify him being such a heavy favorite. He's fighting an Argentinian guy next who has a good record, but they tend to be very padded from that country. Anyway I think after tonight I see Bautista as having a better chance but not as being a favorite because he WOULD take some clean head shots.
